1. About Dolinks
Dolinks is an online freelance marketplace that connects clients (“Employers”) with independent professionals (“Freelancers”) for digital services, projects, and related professional activities.
Dolinks provides technology for discovering services, communicating, processing marketplace payments, managing orders, and handling disputes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Dolinks is not the employer, agent, partner, or representative of any Freelancer or Employer and is not a party to the underlying agreement between users.
2. Eligibility
To use Dolinks, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
- Maintain only one personal account unless explicitly permitted by Dolinks.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Dolinks may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your account credentials.
- All activities conducted through your account.
- Keeping your account and profile information accurate and current.
- Preventing unauthorized access to your account.
You must promptly notify Dolinks if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Freelancer Responsibilities
Freelancers agree to:
- Accurately describe the services they offer.
- Deliver services professionally and in accordance with agreed requirements.
- Meet agreed delivery deadlines.
- Provide original work or content they are legally entitled to provide.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
- Communicate professionally with Employers.
- Avoid fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices.
- Maintain reasonable service quality.
Freelancers remain solely responsible for the services and deliverables they provide.
5. Employer Responsibilities
Employers agree to:
- Provide accurate project or service requirements.
- Make payments as required through Dolinks.
- Provide information reasonably necessary for completing the work.
- Respond reasonably during active transactions.
- Respect the intellectual property and rights of Freelancers.
- Avoid abusive, fraudulent, or misleading behavior.
6. Marketplace Transactions
Marketplace agreements are generally entered into directly between Employers and Freelancers.
Dolinks provides tools that may include:
- Service and project discovery.
- Messaging.
- File sharing.
- Marketplace payments.
- Order management.
- Wallet functionality.
- Reviews and ratings.
- Dispute management.
Dolinks does not guarantee that a transaction will result in a particular business outcome.
7. Payments
Payments on Dolinks may be processed using approved payment providers, including:
- Stripe
- PayPal
Additional payment or payout providers may be made available in the future.
Dolinks does not directly store full payment card information where payment information is handled by an authorized payment processor.
Users agree that payments relating to marketplace transactions should be completed through the payment methods provided or approved by Dolinks.
Applicable platform fees are calculated as part of the transaction according to the marketplace fee settings in effect at the time of the transaction.
8. Platform Fees and Commissions
Dolinks charges fees to support the operation, security, payment processing, development, and administration of the marketplace.
Fees charged to Freelancers and Employers are separate.
8.1 Freelancer Commission
Dolinks may deduct a platform commission from amounts earned by a Freelancer through Tasks, Projects, services, and other eligible marketplace transactions.
Freelancer commissions may be calculated using commission tiers based on the total order amount.
When tier-based commissions are enabled, the applicable commission percentage is determined by the value of the relevant order.
The commission is deducted from the Freelancer’s gross earnings before the remaining amount is credited to the Freelancer.
For example:
If an eligible order totals $300 and the applicable Freelancer commission is 12%, Dolinks deducts $36 and the Freelancer receives $264 before any other applicable adjustments.
Order Add-ons and Extras
Where an Employer purchases additional services, extras, upgrades, or add-ons as part of an order, their value may be included in the total order amount used to calculate the applicable Freelancer commission.
As a result, adding extras may cause an order to fall into a different commission tier.
8.2 Freelancer Commission Tiers
Dolinks may operate a declining commission structure where the commission percentage decreases for higher-value orders.
The exact commission applicable to a transaction is determined by the fee schedule and marketplace settings in effect when the transaction is created or processed.
Dolinks may display the applicable fee or estimated Freelancer earnings before or during the transaction.
8.3 Employer Processing Fee
Employers may be charged a separate Processing Fee in addition to the underlying order amount.
Where the Employer processing fee is percentage-based, it is calculated against the applicable transaction amount.
For example:
If an order is $100 and an Employer Processing Fee of 5% applies, the Employer may be charged $105 in total.
The Employer Processing Fee is separate from any Freelancer commission deducted from Freelancer earnings.
8.4 Freelancer and Employer Fees Are Separate
A Freelancer commission and an Employer Processing Fee may apply to the same transaction.
For example, Dolinks may:
- Deduct the applicable Freelancer commission from Freelancer earnings; and
- Charge the Employer an applicable Processing Fee.
These fees represent separate charges associated with each side of the marketplace transaction.
8.5 Withdrawal and Payout Rules
Freelancers may be required to maintain a minimum available balance before requesting withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount may be displayed within the Freelancer account or withdrawal interface.
Payouts may be made through supported payout methods such as PayPal, Payoneer, or other available providers.
Payment processors or payout providers may impose their own fees, restrictions, verification requirements, exchange rates, or processing times. Such third-party charges are outside Dolinks’ direct control.
8.6 Changes to Fees
Dolinks may modify platform fees, commissions, commission tiers, processing fees, or related marketplace charges.
Changes will normally apply prospectively to new transactions after the updated fee structure takes effect.
Where appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the platform.
Fees already applied to an existing transaction will not normally be changed retroactively unless required to correct an error, address fraud, process a refund, resolve a dispute, or comply with applicable law.
9. Reputation Levels

- Dolinks may review transaction records, marketplace communications, submitted files, delivery information, and other relevant evidence.
- Dolinks may facilitate or make marketplace decisions where permitted under platform policies.
Dolinks does not guarantee any particular outcome in a dispute.
15. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, credits, and payment reversals are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and marketplace rules.
Where a transaction is refunded or reversed, associated commissions, processing fees, Freelancer earnings, wallet balances, or account records may be adjusted where applicable.
