Payment Terms

Please read these Payment Terms carefully before making or receiving payments through the Site. By making or receiving payments through the Site, you accept and agree, on your behalf or on behalf of your employer or other entity (if applicable), to abide by and be bound by these Payment Terms. These Terms supplement the DolinksTerms of Service, as applicable (collectively referred to as “Terms of Service“).

Basic

Terms in boldface have the specific meanings given to them in the Terms of Service
account balance: It is the total amount of your revenues as a seller and/or payments resulting from canceled orders as a buyer and/or your balance that you have shipped to your Dolinks account.

Payment service providers: They are service providers that provide payment services to buyers and sellers in connection with the Dolinks platform, including in connection with collecting funds from buyers in connection with purchases, transferring and withdrawing funds to sellers, and holding funds associated with Dolinks balances.

Profits: It is the money that sellers earn from completed orders and can withdraw, subject to these terms.

Receive payments

Every service you sell and successfully complete will earn you net revenue after deducting the site’s commission percentage. The percentages vary based on the level of each seller:

  • New Seller Level: Commission Rate 15%
  • Level 1 Seller: Commission rate 12%
  • Level 2 Seller: Commission rate 10%
  • Level 3 Seller: Commission rate 8%

Sellers' profits are transferred to their account balance after a 5-day suspension period from the completion of the order delivery.
If an order is cancelled (for any reason), the money paid will be returned to the buyer's account balance.

Appointment as limited payment collection agent

Seller hereby appoints DolinksNet as Seller’s limited payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting payments (via the Payment Services Provider, if applicable) from Buyer and remitting such payments to Seller. Seller agrees that payment from Buyer to DolinksNet shall be deemed to be the same as payment made directly to Seller. Buyer’s payment obligation to Seller will be satisfied upon receipt of payment by DolinksNet (or the Payment Services Provider, as applicable), and DolinksNet (via the Payment Services Provider, as applicable) shall be responsible for remitting funds to Seller in the manner set forth in these Payment Terms. In the event that DolinksNet (via the Payment Services Provider) fails to remit any such amounts to Seller, Seller shall have recourse only against DolinksNet and not directly to Buyer. Seller agrees that DolinksNet may describe or reflect the terms herein in any Terms of Service, receipts, disclosures or notices including, without limitation, receipts provided to Buyers as Dolinks may deem necessary or prudent.

Withdraw profits

  • To withdraw your earnings, you must add an account with at least one of the Dolinks withdrawal methods listed below. All funds eligible for withdrawal will be held in your Dolinks account balance. All payment services, including withdrawal services, will be provided by Dolinks payment methods.
  • Earnings are only available for withdrawal from the Payments page after a 5-day safety clearance period after the order is marked as completed. This period is a guarantee of rights for both the seller and the buyer.
  • Sellers may withdraw their revenue using one of dolinks’ withdrawal options (see Withdrawal section below regarding payment terms). To withdraw your available revenue, you must click on the selected withdrawal method to initiate the withdrawal process.
  • For security reasons, Dolinks may temporarily disable a seller's ability to withdraw earnings to prevent fraudulent or illegal activity. This may be the result of security issues, inappropriate behavior reported by other users, or linking multiple Dolinks accounts to a single withdrawal provider.
  • Withdrawals can only be made up to the amount you have available.
  • Withdrawals are final and irreversible. We will not be able to reverse this process once it has been initiated.
  • Sellers will be able to withdraw their proceeds from disabled accounts after a 60-day grace period after full verification of ownership of the account in question from the day of the last recorded payment received into their account and subject to Dulinks approval.

Withdrawal methods

  • Withdraw to your PayPal account.
  • Withdraw to your payoneer account.
  • Withdraw to your Vodafone Cash (Egypt) account.

Funds are deposited into sellers' accounts within 24 to 72 hours of the withdrawal process being initiated. It will not take more than 5 business days at most.
We advise sellers to quickly verify their identity to ensure quick completion of financial transactions.

Purchase

  • Buyers pay Dolinks to create an order from a seller's service page or a custom offer. All payment services in connection with collecting funds on Dolinks are performed by payment service providers available on the Site.
  • Dolinks acts as Seller’s limited authorized payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting payments (via the Payment Services Provider, if applicable) from Buyer and remitting such payments to Seller. Buyer’s payment obligation to Seller will be satisfied upon receipt of payment by Dolinks (or the Payment Services Provider, as applicable), and Dolinks (via the Payment Services Provider, as applicable) will be responsible for remitting funds to Seller in the manner set forth in these Payment Terms. In the event that Dolinks (via the Payment Services Provider) fails to remit any such amounts to Seller, Seller will have recourse only against DolinksNet and not directly to Buyer.
  • In all regions of the world, purchases can be made on the Dolinks platform.
  • The service fee is added at the time of purchase where you review and accept the total amount to be paid. This fee covers administrative costs as well as 24/7 customer support. The current fee assessed on the total purchase amount is only 5% of the total service amount.
  • You as a buyer may not pay using any method other than DolinksNet. In case you are required to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately to Customer Support.
  • To protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions (such as money laundering), claims or other liabilities, payment information relating to withdrawals is collected by Dolinks' payment service providers.
  • Payment service providers may also collect other information as necessary for the purpose of processing withdrawal payments.
  • Dolinks does not disclose payment information provided to payment service providers, and such information is subject to the privacy policy applicable to the payment service provider. Please see Privacy Policy for more information.
  • By using any payment method and/or providing payment details to make purchases on the Dolinks Site, you represent and warrant that:
  1. that you are legally authorized to provide this information;
  2. that you are legally authorized or have permission to make payments using the Payment Method(s);
  3. If you are an employee, agent of a company, or person who owns the Payment Method, you are authorized by that company or person to use the Payment Method to make payments on Dolinks;
  4. Such actions do not violate any applicable law.

Local Currencies

Dolinks does not currently support payments in local currencies.

Disputes and Cancellations

We encourage our buyers and sellers to attempt to resolve disputes between themselves. If for any reason this fails after using the Help Center or if you encounter unauthorized use of the Site, users can contact Dolinks Customer Support for assistance.

Basics

  • Order cancellations on Dolinks, where eligible, can be made through the Help Center for each order.
  • Filing a dispute over a request or refund through your Payment Method or bank is a violation of these Payment Terms. Doing so may result in your account being temporarily or permanently disabled.
  • Note: Once a dispute is raised with your payment provider, funds will not be eligible for a refund due to our obligations to the payment provider.
  • If you encounter a problem with the service provided in an order, we encourage you to use the dispute resolution tools on the site to attempt to resolve the problem.
  • Dolinks, through its payment services provider, reserves the right to cancel orders or hold funds for any suspected fraudulent transactions made on the Site.
  • All transfers and assignments of intellectual property to the Buyer are subject to full payment and delivery may not be used if payment is cancelled for any reason.
  • If an order is cancelled (for any reason), the money will be returned to the buyer's balance account.
  • Modifications to deliveries may be made by sellers based on the seller's mission and customer service.

Cancellation request

  • Dolinks encourages buyers and sellers to mutually resolve service disputes using the Help Center.
  • Eligibility for Dolinks orders to cancel an order will be evaluated by our Customer Support team based on several factors, including violations of our Terms of Service and/or Community Standards, general misconduct, and improper use of dolinks' delivery system. See below for specific eligibility requirements.
  • Completed orders may be cancelled, upon review by our Customer Support Team, up to 5 days after the order (main service) is marked as completed. Please note that partial orders cannot be cancelled (i.e. we can only cancel the entire order when justified).
  • In very rare cases where we deem it appropriate, our Customer Support Team may cancel a completed order up to 5 days after it has been completed. In such cases, the amounts paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the buyer’s Dolinks balance and will be deducted from the seller’s Dolinks balance or, if there are insufficient funds in the seller’s Dolinks balance, will be deducted from that seller’s future revenue.
  • You should use the Dolinks Help Center to address your concerns and desired resolution related to the seller's service before contacting Customer Support. Customer Support will not take any action against orders if the buyer fails to notify the seller of issues related to the seller's service and will allow sellers to provide a resolution first. This does not include unauthorized use of Dolinks.
  • Any unauthorized use of the Dolinks Platform encountered during an order, after review by our customer support team, may result in the order being cancelled. This includes, but is not limited to; harassment, illegal behavior, or other violations of the Dolinks Platform Terms of Service.
  • Our Customer Support team will cancel orders based on, but not limited to, the following reasons:

Active orders (After submitting the requirements to the seller and before the seller delivers):

  1. Seller is late and does not respond for more than 24 hours while the order is marked as late (delivery time expired).
  2. Users are abusive towards each other by threatening low ratings or leveraging order materials (such as logins and personal information) against each other.
  3. Users have provided or included copyright/trademark infringing material as part of their requirements or Seller delivery.
  4. The user is no longer an active user of the Dolinks website due to violations of the Terms of Service or the closure of his account.

Orders Delivered (After the seller clicks “Submit Order” and before the order is marked as complete by the buyer):

  1. seller uses the delivery system to extend the delivery due date to complete the requested service without providing the final service. note: Multiple, excessive violations will result in permanent suspension of your account.
  2. Seller does not provide any files and/or evidence of work related to the agreed order requirements. note: The objectivity of the materials in question will be reviewed by our customer support team.
  3. The Seller requests additional payments, within or outside the Dolinks platform, by withholding the final delivery of services directly related to the agreed requirements.
  4. Seller withholds final delivery of services to improve ratings.
  5. Users who abuse the “Request Modification” button to obtain more services from sellers beyond the agreed requirements.
  6. Users who threaten to leave malicious ratings and reviews to get more services from the seller that are not related to the agreed requirements.

Completed orders (After marking the request as complete and before 5 days have passed):

  1. Users who have been reported to be using copyright/trademark infringing material after verification and proof.
  2. Users who have not purchased commercial use rights and have been reported to be using the materials commercially. note: The terms of commercial use are located on the seller's service page and cannot be retroactively included once an order has been completed for more than 5 days.
  3. The Dolinks Customer Support Team will review instances of order delivery manipulation that prevent users from fully utilizing our Help Center which enabled the order to be marked as completed.

Refunds

Dolinks reviews payment provider chargebacks and disputes on behalf of sellers. While the outcome of each case will vary due to each chargeback reason, we work diligently to resolve disputes in the seller’s favor. If a chargeback case warrants it, Dolinks (or one of Dolinks’ payment providers) will return the full amount or revenue to sellers, otherwise the seller will bear the amount of the chargeback.

Refunds

Dolinks does not automatically refund payments made for cancelled orders to your payment provider. The funds from cancelled orders are returned to the buyer’s Dolinks balance and are available for future purchases on Dolinks. The funds returned to your Dolinks balance from cancelled orders include the service fees paid. Dolinks returns the service fees to the buyer’s Dolinks balance once the order is cancelled.

Withdrawals (i.e. refunds directly to your withdrawal method) can be made through the Payments page of your account, which is subject to review by our customer support team. These refunds may be subject to additional fees.

Restore balance to bank account or PayPal account

  • If you want to transfer money from your Dolinks balance to your PayPal account or credit card, depending on the payment method, you can contact the support team and let them know.
  • Our support team will process your request within a maximum of 7 business days.

General Terms

Modifications

  • Dolinks may make changes to these Payment Terms from time to time. When such changes are made, Dolinks will make a new copy of the Terms available on this page.
  • You understand and agree that if you use Dolinks after the date on which the Payment Terms have changed, Dolinks will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Payment Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Site, its contents, and any services or items obtained through the Site is at your own risk. The Site, its contents, and any services or items obtained through the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Neither Donlinksnor anyone associated with Dolinks makes any warranty or representation regarding the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Site.

The foregoing does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Determine liability

In no event will Dolinks, its licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind under any legal theory arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, any websites linked to it, any content on the Site, other websites, or any services or items obtained through the Site, or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether arising out of breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

In accepting responsibility as the Seller's authorized limited payment collection agent, Dolinks assumes no liability for any acts or omissions of the Seller.

The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
